Chromebook owners should be getting updated to the latest Chrome 16.0.912.77. The same version has recently been released to desktop users. The update fixes a number of security issues, but also some bugs. It's part of Chrome OS 1193.194.0.

A full list of security fixes is available in the initial announcement for Google Chrome. Four issues labeled as High and one labeled as Critical have been fixed.

Platform specific fixes include an issue where Chromebooks would not scan for WiFi networks. The UI notification for connection timeouts is working properly now.

Chromebook owners, all devices Samsung Series 5, Acer AC700 and Cr-48, should be updated soon if they haven't been already, as the patch is already being pushed via the automated system.
