Google is a company that owns a huge number of solutions from all categories meant to improve users' online experience. Because it developed so many products, Google tries to avoid potential federal problems caused by copyright infringements. Since the YouTube acquisition, the search giant was accused by several persons for publishing illegal videos. The latest lawsuit against Google was filed by Ronaldo's ex-wife Daniela Cicarelli who sustained that YouTube published a video with the Brazilian star having sex with her
boyfriend. Although Google said that the movie was removed several times but its users uploaded it back, a Brazilian judge said that YouTube Brazil must be closed until the service removes all the Daniela Cicarelli movies.

As you may know, the Asian market is regarded as one of the proper territories for business expansion so Google tried to build new offices in China. For the success of the expansion, the search giant also tried to make several partnerships to improve the popularity of the company in that area.
It seems like one of the agreements was not favorable for Google's image because Shenzhen Xunlei Networking Technologies is now accused for copyrights infringements.

"We have been watching [Shenzhen Xunlei Networking Technologies] for some time and we have observed that like many file sharing networks/enablers in China, the content available through them includes copyright-infringing versions of Motion Picture Association member company films. It is our hope that Google will influence its partner in a manner appropriate to a company with the stated philosophy of "you can make money without doing evil". From our perspective, copyright theft falls under evil," said Mike Ellis, senior vice president and regional director, Asia Pacific, of the Motion Picture Association (MPA), by e-mail, according to Australian PC World.
