Google Page Creator is quite an anonymous service developed by the search company because it wasn't updated so often as the other solutions and Google employees didn't talk too much about the service. As its title says, Page Creator is a web design tool that allows you to build websites with ease, using some simple utilities provided by Google and included in the Site Manager menu. The solution can be easily used because it includes all the tools in a single interface and can even host your files (sounds, images, documents) directly on a Google server with a personal domain such as *.googlepages.com.

Although Google Page Creator is a part of Google Labs and it is still in developing stages, the functionality of the service is amazing and it gives you the possibility to create a website in just a few minutes. The solution is almost fully customizable, allowing you to choose your name, the layout of the page and even select a template from a huge number of available examples. The Google product also enables you to place gadgets, tiny tools produced by the company or other developers that help you increase the functionality of the website with new interesting utilities.

Philipp Lenssen from Google Blogoscoped reported that the Google Page Creator was improved with a new design, the company modifying the appearance of the webpage editor, the menu that allows you to customize your website. "Google Page Creator is Google's WYSIWYG website editing tool - think Geocities 2.0. In the latest redesign, the toolbar moved from the left to the top, causing a more unified "Google Office" design similar to Google Docs & Spreadsheets. Some Google employees forgot to set the right transparency for the button edges though (kinda sloppy for Google)," the blogger said.
