Google is making easier to schedule a meeting that all guests can attend, by listing the time and date when they're all free. When you create a new event and add several guests, you can click on "Suggested times" to see your options.

"The resulting list will include upcoming times where all participants are available. For example if you want to create an hour long meeting with Kara, and she already has an hour long meeting at 3pm, then times like 2pm and 4pm will be suggested," Lode Vandevenne, Software Engineer at Google, explained.

The more people you want to include to an event, the harder it gets to synchronize schedules.

Now, Google is offering a simple way of taking the guess work and actual work out of it, by checking the schedules of all those invited. It's a rather simple tool, but a very useful one.

It already had some similar features, but this latest one is the most comprehensive.
