Google's big enough that it's got its hands into everything these days. Still, the company still manages to surprise. You probably wouldn't have guessed that Google now holds the Guinness World Record for the most people to beatbox together.

Well, technically, it's not Google itself, but the more than 2,000 Googlers in Dublin that got together to smash the record.

"We're world record breakers! At a recent conference in Dublin, more than 2,000 Googlers beat the Guinness World Record for the largest-ever human beatbox ensemble," Google announced on its Google+ page.

"With training and guidance from pro beatboxers Shlomo and Testament, the Googlers smashed the previous record of 1,246 people," it said.

Just so that there are no doubters, Google is providing not only a video from the event, but also the certificate from Guinness World Record.
