Google has released an update to the iOS Google+ client adding support for the latest Apple hardware and software, as well as new functionality for page owners.

Google+ 3.2 targets both iPhone and iPad users with added support for iPhone 5 and iOS 6, the latest major version of Apple’s mobile operating system.

Additionally, Google+ page owners can now view, post and comment from their iPhone or iPad. Users can also edit posts and search for people and posts on the iPad.

“Stay connected and share life as it happens with Google+ for iPhone and iPad. Join a Hangout, post a photo, or see what friends are sharing while you’re on the go,” says Google.

The app continues to be compatible with all iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad models capable of running iOS 5. The app is fully optimized for the iPhone 5 with 1136 x 640-pixel resolution.
