Google+ users wielding iPhones and iPads have a new update to download today. Mainly targeting iOS 7 customers, the new version allows users to make full-resolution backups.

According to the release notes for Google+ 4.6.0, you can now make a “full resolution backup of your photos and videos.” This is a feature reserved for iOS 7 customers, while iOS 6 users get an updated notification tray (mostly aesthetically), and the ability to share a location.

Google says you can now “see where your friends are, control who is displayed on the map.”

Also new to Google+ on iOS, posts and comments can be translated inline. Rounding up the features list are some bug fixes and performance tweaks. Download Google+ on any iDevice with iOS 7 installed to experience all of the above.
