Or not?!

Google announced the closure of its questions and answers technology a long time ago when it considered that this kind of service is not useful anymore for the company's consumers. However, it seems like the Russian side of the search giant is now preparing a similar solution that might become globally available very soon. What's most interesting is that Google tries to communicate with its customers using several methods such as groups, emails and blogs. This last solution is obviously the easiest way to talk with Google's employees because they are posting official news and readers can post comments in order to communicate with them.

But this is not always possible. Most of the Google blogs are not allowing users to post comments but an interesting program started by the folks from Google Finance allows you to ask your questions to the employees. Basically, you can ask whatever you want in the comments of the blog while the company's engineers will answer all of them in a new post published on Thursday.

"Here's how it will work: please write your suggestions and questions about Google Finance in the comments section below this post. We will start reviewing and responding to all comments (except comments that are off-topic!) immediately and will respond in a meta-post on Thursday, July 19th around 9am PST. If there are more submissions than we can comfortably answer in a single post, we'll carry over the selected questions to Friday and answer them then," Katie Jacobs Stanton, Group Product Manager, Google Finance, wrote today.

Google always tried to communicate with the consumers because it works like a company based on the users' support and on the feedback sent by them. Since most of the technologies signed by Google are developed in a way meant to satisfy the requirements, it's very important what the consumers need and how the company can improve the tools to attract more clients.
