Even though she wasn’t invited to the Golden Globes 2013 (perhaps because few in the industry would seriously consider associating themselves with her), Lindsay Lohan was glued to her TV set for the NBC telecast – and she wasn’t happy with the way Jennifer Lawrence started her acceptance speech.

Preceded by an awesome skit by Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell, Lawrence’s speech began with “What does [the award] say? It says I beat Meryl [Streep]!,” which was an obvious joke because that’s the kind of achievement not many actresses can boast of.
However, Lindsay was not amused.
“Words cannot express how much I LOVE Kristen Wiig. And no1 should ever mess with a legend, such as Meryl Streep,” Lindsay
tweeted.
The response from her own fans / followers says it all: Lindsay is not the most appropriate to throw shade because it makes her look like an incredibly sore loser, all the more since the whole thing was an innocent joke.
