Golden Globes 2013: Adele Will Perform “Skyfall”

Here’s one more reason to get hyped about this weekend’s Golden Globe Awards, the 2013 edition: Adele will not only attend, but also perform. This will be her first live performance in many months.

It will also mark her official coming out of hiding after the birth of her first child, in 2012.

“The top selling artist of the 2012 will sing her assassin-worthy Bond theme Skyfall at the Golden Globes this Sunday!!!” gossip blogger Perez Hilton reports.

By those exclamation marks, you can tell he’s as excited about this as I am: Adele is one of the most talented singers of the younger generation and, at the same time, the most amazing live performer to emerge in recent years.

If all goes well, the singer might even get to take a Golden Globe back home with her: she is nominated with “Skyfall” for Best Original Song.
