Starting today, mobile phone users in the UK can purchase the gold version of the HTC One, after the device was made official several weeks back.

The handset is available through two retailers in the country, namely Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4u, with various contract deals on the country’s networks.

At the moment, users can buy the phone the cheapest on Vodafone’s network, for free on a £29 per month plan. They will have to commit to a two-year contract.

The Gold HTC One comes to the market with the same features and capabilities as the original, including a 4.7-inch touchscreen display and a quad-core processor inside.

The mobile phone also features 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, a 4MP UltraPixel camera on the back, and a front camera for video calling.
