A few new screenshots from the single-player campaign of God of War: Ascension have just been released, showing off the protagonist, Kratos, as he interacts with his wife and daughter, while fighting monsters in all sorts of stunning locations.

God of War: Ascension is out in March and Sony has already started promoting the game in a variety of ways.

After organizing a special multiplayer beta stage last month, Sony has now begun to hype up the single-player campaign that explores the origins of protagonist Kratos.

After seeing an impressive live action trailer last week, AGB has now posted a bunch of new screenshots with God of War: Ascension.

As you can see above and below, Kratos is in for one impressive journey as he gets not only to kill all sorts of impressive enemies, like the Manticore, but also to explore plenty of different locations and even get to interact, or at least remember interactions between him and his family.

God of War: Ascension is out in March only for the PS3. Until then, check out all the images in the gallery below.
