Goat Simulator, a crazy game developed and published by Coffee Stain Studios, might also get a Linux version.

Goat Simulator was not intended to be a full fledge game, but the interest in this idea was so great that the developers from the Coffee Stain Studios decided to actually make it.

“This is all about causing as much destruction as you possibly can as a goat. It has been compared to an old-school skating game, except instead of being a skater, you're a goat, and instead of doing tricks, you wreck stuff,” reads the official Steam website.

The information about the Linux version is taken from the Steam database and by no means is it completely certain. The Steam Database is a record of data that describes every Steam game and subscription provided by Valve for the Steam service.

Usually, the new entries are first visible in the Steam Database before their official launch.

The Windows version for the Goat Simulator is scheduled to be released on April 1, which is highly suspicious. The release date and the crazy idea of the game might just be the perfect April Fools combination.
