Gmail Touch is undoubtedly a very popular Gmail client for Windows 8, especially because the search giant doesn’t want to design an official app to access the mail service, so the debut of a new version should be good news for many of you.

An updated build published in the Store right now comes with tooltips for the appbar buttons and with improved multiple account support, as many users have reported problems setting up several Gmail accounts.

In addition, it features some UI bug fixes, as well as Share target support and some other unnamed patches addressing previously reported issues.

Just like the older versions, Gmail Touch continues to work flawlessly on all Windows 8 versions, so you can install it on your Windows RT tablet as well.
