The service doesn’t require an account, and recipients receive a link allowing them to view their ETA and location in real time. Best of all, you get to choose for how long the link is functional.
Glympse 2.14 is out now with an improved recipient page, battery life improvements, a fix for auto-lock not being honored, as well as some minor stability enhancements.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, Glympse requires iOS 4.3 or later. The app is optimized for iPhone 5 and is designed for both iPhone and iPad (universal). You download the same free app for any iDevice you may own.
