The GNOME developers behind the Glib Networking (glib-networking) project have announced yesterday, February 5, that the development version 2.35.6 of Glib Networking is available for download and testing, as part of the upcoming GNOME 3.7.5 desktop environment.

Glib Networking 2.35.6 is here to fix a multithreaded usage issue, fix asynchronous lookups to obey ignore-hosts in "automatic" mode, fixed lookup_async() to notice if the proxy settings were switched from “automatic” to “manual” or “none,” and to return a successful result for invalid URIs.

The Glib Networking 2.35.6 package also updates the following translations: Italian, Norwegian, Malayalam, Uyghur and Serbian.

Download Glib Networking 2.35.6 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
