GizMac Accessories is a designer and manufacturer of a wide range of innovative products for the iPod and Xserve platforms,
and on the 4th of January, they announced new iPod and Xserve products that will be shown at Macworld this week. As expected, things are getting bigger this year, and GizMac will increase their booth size to a thirty by twenty foot space and - of course - you will get to see live demos of several new products for the first time during the show.
If "GizMac" doesn't sound familiar to you, I have to tell you that this company is known for the Titan line of iPod cases and accessories, and this line is going to expand this week to accommodate new iPod products.
Ken Vitto, Director of Marketing for GizMac Accessories, says that "MacWorld will be extra exciting for us this year. Our iPod cases and accessories, as well as our noise reduction server rack product lines, will have great new products to show off throughout the expo".
The iPod cases you should expect feature a clean acrylic screen protector, thin film click wheel protection; they will probably be made of machined quality anodized aluminum and include carabiner clip, 360 degree rotating belt clip, armband and lanyard, just like the older models, but the new features are yet to be revealed...
The XRackPro2 noise reducting server rack product line that recently got a 4U and 25U version added will also get some new products at Macworld, and I wonder if they are going to beat the existing 75% noise reduction achieved by these products. Also, one or two additional colors would be interesting to have, since at this time the only choices are Platinum and Black.
