The GIGA LAN-GTJU3H3 and LAN-TXU2H3A aren't the normal type of PC accessory. They are made for a very narrow consumer segment.
Then again, one might argue that all the products that Logitec makes are for a very small portion of the consumer market.
That's Logitec the Japanese company, not Logitech the Swiss peripheral maker.
The GIGA LAN-GTJU3H3 plugs into the USB 3.0 port of an ultrabook and gives it three USB 3.0 downstream ports and a Gigabit Ethernet connector.
LAN-TXU2H3A is much the same, but has USB 2.0 and normal 10/100 Ethernet.
That is why the former has a price of 5,133 Yen ($53.8 / 41.68 Euro) while the latter has a tag of 2,541 Yen ($26.5 / 20.66 Euro).
Overall, the devices don't do too badly for things that draw both energy and bandwidth from a single link.
