Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady Are Married

After repeatedly denying that there was any truth to the engagement rumors making the rounds in the media, celebrity couple Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady tied the knot in a secret ceremony a couple of hours ago. The bride wore Dolce & Gabbana, as also did her three pet dogs, Us Weekly reports, which is also the first to break the story of the secret nuptials.

“Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady wed today at the St. Monica Catholic Church in Santa Monica, Calif. The bride, 28, donned a form-fitting ivory lace strapless gown with a trumpet skirt, scalloped edges, long train and a floor-length veil with attached handmade satin roses and attached satin headband, all by Dolce & Gabbana. Her three dogs also wore matching Dolce & Gabbana floral lace collars.” the magazine informs, citing very reliable sources who were present at the wedding.

The same spies say for Us Weekly that the ceremony was very “intimate,” including only close friends and family members, as the Brazilian model has always said she would not want a fancy reception with hundreds of guests. Moreover, this was perhaps the best way for the couple to keep out of the spotlight – had they announced intentions to marry, they would have been hounded by the paparazzi around the clock, it is being argued.

Now that they have taken this final step as well, Gisele and Tom, dating since 2006, are ready to start their family life as soon as possible. “She’s definitely ‘The One.’ She really makes him comfortable and just happy.” another source points out for the same publication. Speaking of family life, Tom’s boy with actress Bridget Moynahan, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, was also in attendance at the wedding, it has been added.

The rumor of Gisele and Tom’s engagement first broke at the end of December, when several sources claimed that Tom proposed to his girlfriend on a plane in front of her parents. Days later, Brady’s dad explained that “[it’s a] rumor, rumor, rumor... We don’t know a thing about it. Nobody told me. We talked to him and there’s nothing to say.” Gisele herself stuck to the same story, telling the media, “Someone deduced I was getting engaged... I don’t know how people are so creative.”
