14 DAY TRIAL // Bandai Namco has released part two in the versus gameplay footage series from the upcoming Girls und Panzer: I Will Master Tankery, showing a bit more of the action in the PlayStation Vita game.
If yesterday's Girls und Panzer: I Will Master Tankery gameplay video showed us the girls of Oarai High School taking on the St. Gloriana Girls Academy in combat, this time around they are facing off against the Saunders University High School in a furious engagement that – of course – features a lot of gasping, drama and high pitched squealing.
For history buffs it may seem weird at first that the girls are always popping out of the tanks in order to deliver taunts, in what seems highly counter-productive and irresponsibly life-threatening behavior, but such are the ways of armored division high school life, and who are we to oppose?
The game is based on the popular anime series of the same name and will also be joined by a manga and a feature-length animated film later this year.
Girls und Panzer: I Will Master Tankery is due out on June 26 in Japan, exclusively for the PlayStation Vita handheld console from Sony. For now, there is no word on whether Bandai Namco intends to release the game outside Japan's borders.
