A mom's efforts to have Wet Seal sign her daughter as a model paid off when the company took notice of the 17-year-old girl suffering from Down Syndrome.

Karrie Brown's mom, Sue, posted photos of her daughter wearing the label on Facebook. She put on several outfits from the Plus line, which she loves.

She got a lot of likes and the clothing company was alerted about her case by other Facebook users.

Wet Seal rep Yasmin Ezaby tells ABC News about posting a challenge – she would be flown to Los Angeles if her page would be liked 10,000 times.

Karrie received that number of likes in two days, and she was offered a trip from her hometown of Collinsville, Illinois to LA.

As a bonus, she got to visit Disneyland, all expenses paid by Wet Seal. Her photos will soon be featured on the company website.
