Apparently, the members of Girls Aloud were ordered by their record company to go on a forced diet, to put some weight back on their too thin bodies. All the five singers have lost a lot of weight because of their energetic performances during the concerts earlier this year.
So, the Polydor executives hired a nutritionist to help the star gaining some pounds. An insider said: "The tour was gruelling because they performed practically every night and they all ended up losing quite a bit of weight," an insider explained.
They were all slim before the tour and some of the girls caused concern by how skinny they had become.
None of them has eating disorders but they are all looking pretty thin at the moment. People are concerned that being so thin might make them ill as they've got quite a tough schedule. They finished the tour last month and are now in the recording studio in London working on their next album.
The record label thought it was for the best that the girls put some weight back on and the best option was to get a nutritionist to work out eating plans for them.
They will be given recipes and cooking lessons because none of them can really cook that well."
