It appears that Gigabyte's Computex exhibition is in no way small, with many products showing their mettle, such as a high-end mobile personal computer that should debut this very month.

One would think that the 2011 edition of the Computex trade show would be packed full of all sorts of devices, and they would be right.

Turns out that quite the number of IT players have converged in Taipei, Taiwan, all of them ready to grab visitors' attention with their product lineups.

Understandably enough, quite a few tablets have been put on display, even from outfits that had no prior presence in this field, like Sparkle.

In this case, however, it is not a Gigabyte tablet that has fallen under examination, but a powerful notebook.

Bearing the name of P2352, it will be available in two main versions, each with customizable hardware that is more or less the same, save for the fact that the P2532N has the NVIDIA Optimus technology while the P2532V has 3D Vision support, albeit on a weaker display (HD instead of Full HD).

That said, the central processing unit that powers the laptop is the Intel Core i7-2630QM and has a clock speed of 2-2.9 GHz).

Said CPU is backed up by up to 8 GB of DDR3 memory, while advanced graphics capabilities (which the CPU's built-in solution lacks) are provided by the NVIDIA GeForce GT550M 2GB discrete adapter.

What's more, a hard disk drive of 500 GB or 750 GB is present (with a platter rotary speed of 7,200 RPM), as is a DVD burner, two USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, an SD card slot, eSATA/USB 2.0 combo, Bluetooth 3.0, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi.

Finally, the machine boasts four 1.5 watt speakers and a display diagonal of 15.6 inches, all of it for a price of $1,500. This month (June, 2011) is when sales are set to officially start.
