Peripherals aren't Gigabyte's main source of income, but the company still finds the time to release one from time to time, like it just did for the M7580 V2 wireless mouse.

Capable of communicating over the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band, the device is an ambidextrous mouse with a sensor of 1,600 DPI.

Keep in mind that you won't have to actually use your PC's Wi-Fi technology to have the mouse work for you.

While the 2.4 GHz band is used, the signal is synced with a nano receiver than goes into a USB port. So basically this is, ultimately, a cordless USB mouse.

Two AAA batteries power the peripheral and should last for quite a few months. A low power indicator will let you know when you should get new ones.

Gigabyte M7580 V2 will probably cost around $10 / €10.
