The Xbox owners should be really happy, since Ubisoft has announced a new downloadable content (DLC) package for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2: the Co-op Collection. And you can go and download it right away from the Xbox Live Marketplace, for 800 Microsoft Points.

This new package comes with a new co-op campaign and nine maps - 2 of them are completely new, while the other seven are inspired by classic Ghost Recon maps. Also, the campaign will further expand your Live experience, since it comes with five missions that continue the story of GRAW2. Also, for the achievement hunters things are looking great, too, since 125 achievement points-worth have been divided between 9 new achievements.

The new campaign's story sees Manuel Suazo Azcona as the leader of a new rebel movement in El Salvador, with the Ghosts being sent to stop him. First, you will have to stop the rebel incursions over El Salvador and neighboring Honduras and then hunt down the rebel leaders one by one. What could be more exciting that this?

And if you think that more guns would be nice, don't worry, Ubisoft has that sorted out, too, since you can download for free the "more guns pack" that includes 7 new weapons. Still, these are only available in the Single Player Quick Mission mode, but it's a start, right? And, most important, it's free, so don't forget to download this pack, too, if you haven't done it already.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 builds off of the events in the first game and places gamers in control of the U.S. military elite fighting unit called the Ghosts. Equipped with the most cutting-edge weaponry and technology, the Ghosts must battle in order to neutralize the rebel threats all over the world. Yes, you are one of the Ghosts and you will help the fight for freedom. So go for it!
