Digital games won't be available and retail licenses might be lost after a ban

Microsoft's Support division has confirmed that, if an Xbox One owner gets his or her Xbox Live account banned, they'll lose all access to their games on that platform, as it's apparently mentioned in the Xbox One Terms of Use.

The Xbox One received a huge amount of details earlier this week, as Microsoft shared a lot of info with fans at E3 2013.

Now, the Xbox Support Twitter has begun answering lots of questions concerning the Xbox One, and has just revealed what happens when an Xbox One user is banned.

Apparently, if the account is banned, people will forfeit the licenses to any games that are tied to that account.

The pretty serious measure means that any infraction that could lead to a ban allows Microsoft to take at least all the digital games, as the support rep revealed that he doesn't have any details about what happens to the licenses of retail games.
