Windows Vista s almost upon us, and - as you've certainly heard time and time again - it will require a pretty powerful system in order to run at optimum performance. Thus, the RAMBoost USB works just like an ordinary flash device but, due to the fact that it is compatible with Microsoft's special ReadyBoost technology, it can also be configured by the Windows Vista OS to give the computing system an increase in over-all speed. Of course, the system also works as an ordinary portable storage solution, so you can actually get 2 very useful products for the same amount of money, and is available in various sizes, from 256 MB to 4 GB. Besides being USB 2.0 compatible, it's also pretty tough, being able to withstand more than 1000G of shocks and vibrations up to 15G.
