Gwyneth Paltrow shows some support for personal trainer and friend Tracy Anderson

Tracy Anderson, personal trainer to the stars, has come out with her own workout program that will help any woman get the body she’s always been dreaming of in 90 days. Even more, she’s enjoying the support of good friend and client, A-list actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

Fans must know that Gwyneth, who has worked with Tracy for years, also writes for her own website, called GOOP.

On it, she’s included a lengthy post about Anderson’s new program, called Tracy Anderson’s Metamorphosis, which is probably the best kind of publicity a trainer could ever ask for.

“By now, I think you all know how amazing I think my trainer, partner and friend Tracy Anderson is, how she kicked my twice pregnant [backside] into shape, and keeps taking me to new levels,” Gwyneth writes.

“Tracy’s dream has always been to be able to make her ingenious customized-to-your-problem-areas program available to any woman who is up for the challenge – and now she has. See below! It’s pretty [expletive]-ing great ‘cause it works!” the actress enthuses.

The method consists of identifying the body type (out of 4 types) and then doing a customized workout.

Anderson also offers with the workout DVDs a brochure about fitness, another one with tips for a healthier and more satisfying diet that accelerates weight loss, and items to track said weight loss.

According to Anderson (as backed by Paltrow and many other of her clients), her method is different from any other because it’s not repetitive and, just as important, because it engages all group muscles instead of focusing just on problem areas.

“After twelve years of customizing workouts for hundreds of women, I created a program taking the best sequences and most successful data from my work with private clients, to give you an at-home workout that is as close to having me as your personal trainer as possible,” Anderson says.

“My dream has always been to use my years of research, development, and knowledge to reach and transform countless women at home in the same way I do with the clients I can physically reach,” she adds.

Below is a video that is also included in the GOOD newsletter, which should be more than enough to give you an idea of Anderson’s workout program.
