The UTStarcom 1400 will offer the features you would expect from a phone that sells for 50 $ with no contract.

The UTStarcom PCS 1400, aka the Slice, mobile phone will give you the Motorola SLVR feel without forcing you to dig deep in the wallet. With its 10 mm thin profile, the UTStarcom device can be considered one of the slimmest low-budget phones on the international mobile market, offering a pretty nice pack of features for the price one has to pay to get it home.

The handset is a UT1200 that has CDMA capability instead of GSM, works only on 1900 Mhz networks and features a 128x128 pixel color display, 32 MB of internal storage, a speakerphone, but unfortunately, it doesn't have any of the goodies that the Motorola SLVR sports (a digital camera of some sort or even the must have Bluetooth wireless connectivity).

The Slice isn't very rich in features but at least, when you'll hear the price, you won't have any comments about it: the device can be bought for only 50 $ with no service agreement involved in this transaction.
