Handy Assistant has a great functionality and improves the productivity of any Windows Mobile device that it has been previously installed on. It will certainly improve the incoming-call management and efficiency, as it features a great number of phone functions.
The phone features of Handy Assistant include: call recording, profile management, call filtering and call processing. These are all changing the phone into a really efficient organizer tool. All the features of the application only need to be set once, following the user's needs, and it will keep the same profile until the next change that's made.
Handy Assistant features five available Profiles that can be previously customized: Meeting, Sleep, Spare Time, Calendar events and Roaming. Besides these default Profiles, users will be able to create their own ones. All profiles can be activated manually or automatically at a certain time. In case one decides to activate a profile, they have the option to do it according to a schedule or based on a location.Another interesting feature of Handy Assistant is the call-processing function. Basically, users will be able to allow or reject any incoming calls. They will be able to previously set rules for various group of contacts.The Settings include ringtones for each group, in case one chooses to accept all incoming calls, but also: accept call, reject call, reject with SMS call, or ignore call. The latter option provides a Blacklist feature, which allows the user to ignore certain contacts, no matter what Profile is active.
The call-recording feature does exactly what its name suggests, but the option is not available for all devices. The Handy Assistant piece of software has a 14-day trial period.
