Microsoft has released plenty of themes in the last couple of months, but this new one is probably the best choice if you wish to get your PC ready for Christmas.
The so-called MSN Wallpaper and Screensaver Pack: 2012 Holidays brings a brand new look to your desktop bundled into a simple installer that does the whole customization job for you.
The pack works on most Windows versions released so far, including Windows 7, Windows 8, Vista and XP.
It, however, requires Internet Explorer 7 or later, Mozilla Firefox 3 or later, Google Chrome and Safari 5.1.4 or later. Just pay attention to the installation, as it also offers to change the browser homepage and the default search engine.
