Use the cash towards the purchase of a new Apple tablet

If you think your 2010 iPad is worth nothing today, you’ll be surprised to know that American retailer Target is prepared to fill your pockets with cash if you hand over the slate with intentions to upgrade.

That’s right. Usually, Target will pay you a measly $65/€48 for an original iPad, but they’re currently running a deal where they’re trying to get you to upgrade.

So, they’re giving everyone $200/€150 to spend on the new iPad Air, or the upcoming iPad mini with Retina display. Sounds like the best way to finally ditch that beat up iPad 1, if you ask me.

“Between November 3rd thru 9th, visit your local Target Mobility store and trade in any iPad for at least $200 to use towards the purchase of a new iPad,” reads the promo.
