Gerard Butler has a wicked sense of humor, as his fans must be well aware of. However, when this sense of humor is combined with Jimmy Kimmel’s “crazy” and his never-ending ability to come up with hysterical jokes, what one gets is guaranteed fun. Butler was on Kimmel the other day to promote his current film, “Gamer.” What ensued was pure madness.

As usual with Kimmel, the show started like any other talk show, with Butler speaking of his latest film, which is currently running in theaters in the US. He explained how the concept was as simple as it was disturbing: in his quest for the purest form of entertainment, man had come up with a game where all the avatars were actually people. Butler plays a con on death row who gets sent to the game and, against all odds, shows that he can resist being controlled by the player.

Then, the discussion steers to other topics, like a prank Butler and other fellow stars played on the producers of “Gamer.” As per the actor’s own words, they sent each of them six Krispy Kreme donuts, a gesture they more than appreciated. The next day, though, the guys bought donuts again and photographed themselves with one in “between their bums,” as Butler puts it, right before delving into details of what happens to said donut when pressure is applied.

Understandably, the producers were anything but happy when they were shown the pictures in question, believing what they saw were the same donuts they ate. As Butler wipes the tears from his eyes from that much laughter, Kimmel jumps in to tell him that, unlike how they do things back home in Scotland, in the US, the donut prank is done differently – see the video below to see what he means by that.

Another great moment of the interview is also when Butler, who once used to work as a carnie (carnival employee), shows Kimmel how to play Wacky Wire, as Kimmel tries to distract him with questions like, “So what about Jennifer Aniston? If you buzz, that means you’re dating.” For Butler’s reaction and more, see the video below.
