Genius unveiled two new MP3 players - MP3-DJ Sport and MP3-DJ SD. The first one is designed for sport fans who "can't hold their horses" away from jogging, fitness, gymnastics or other healthy sports.

MP3-DJ Sport

The healthy users, strange to hear myself saying that, have to attach the MP3-DJ Sport to the arm strap before starting the exercises and they will have the perfect soundtrack for a perfect "sport moment".

As it is meant for sports, the new device features a pedometer and a calorie calculator function, so the user can track every step made.

When the users exercise, they can turn on the sport function which will input their physical data, like weight, height, age, etc., and the pedometer will be counting theirs steps and the calorie consumption while they are jogging. This is the easiest way for them to discover how the body reacts to the exercise while they are making it.

The MP3-DJ Sport also has a FM radio, long time voice recording, and one AAA alkaline battery to work up to ten hours.

MP3-DJ SD

But not only the sport fans get their MP3 player, but also so many others who just don't have time or aren't in a "good sports mood".
This is why Genius launched another MP3 player - MP3-DJ SD - an uncomplicated device, which includes a SD/MMC card slot but does not have, unfortunately for the gadget fans, a built-in flash memory.

However, the latest Genius MP3 player has a rather futuristic design, and 1GB of extra storage space with the included SD slot. As a result, the user can store music in MP3, WMA and WAV formats, pretty much every track you like.

The user can also store music on the SD card and then play it on the player which also functions as a card reader to read data in the SD/MMC card.
