We still don't know the clocks, but at least they've been confirmed and priced

People may have been divided on whether or not it was true that NVIDIA was preparing another couple of overpowered graphics cards, but they won't be after they read what we have to say now.

In the end, NVIDIA really is going to launch the single-GPU GeForce Titan Black Edition graphics card, as well as the dual-GPU GeForce GTX 790.

Both of the graphics cards have been posted online. Or, rather, they were online briefly and VideoCardz got wind of it before they disappeared.

We'd love to share the full specifications with you, but we still don't know them. Particularly the clock speeds for the GPU and memory.

Still, some details have trickled in, like the fact that the dual-GPU GeForce GTX 790 will have only 6 GB of GDDR5, not ten.

Also, since this is a dual-GK110 board, there should be 2 x 2,880 CUDA cores. However, there are certain TDP limit concerns, so NVIDIA might lower the per-chip core count to 2,496.

The card will have a price of $999 / €999 or (probably) a fair bit more. The original Titan was a $1,000 / €1,000 card itself after all.

Speaking of which, the GeForce GTX Titan Black has been listed for €974 and should be out and about soon. Maybe before the other one actually debuts. It all depends on when the previous-generation Titan goes out of stock.

It's actually a bit bemusing. The Titan came out as a limited-edition card that was only supposed to last for a short while, but it lived for close on a whole year and now it will be replaced by a slightly better one.

On that note, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan Black Edition is essentially a GTX 780 Ti with more memory (twice as much as it were, 6 GB instead of 3 GB).
