Speaking at the Abu Dhabi Media Summit on Tuesday, Microsoft’s Bill Gates said that he doesn’t plan to come back to the Redmond-based technology firm as a CEO anytime soon.

Gates emphasized that he’s pleased with his current role as chairman and he prefers to focus on his charity work instead of working on new Microsoft projects.

“I am now committed full time to my charity work,” Bill Gates said according to Hollywood Reporter.

Bill Gates on the other hand still keeps an eye on Microsoft’s projects and recently said that Windows 8 is indeed a good piece of software.

However, he refused to comment more on his expectations when it comes to the new operating system, explaining that Windows 8 is going to be “a very big deal.”
