14 DAY TRIAL // Garmin has released updates for four of its GPS apps for iPhone and iPod touch to improve Bluetooth audio streaming and resolve a few bugs. The updates are free for existing users.
Garmin USA, Garmin North America, Garmin UK & Ireland, and Garmin Western Europe have been updated to version 2.4.2 this week.
The key enhancement is “improved Bluetooth audio streaming,” according to the changelog, but some users may be even more excited about a rather important bug fix that has been included in this release.
The update patches an issue which required users to have an active Internet connection when starting the app in certain cases. Garmin hopes this update will rid the apps of this flaw.
