Kids love the lazy cat, parents love it, too; so, we're not surprised to see video games taking advantage of the charismatic character to deliver us even more entertainment. The latest title to do so (especially for kids or for those who feel very young) is called Garfield: Lasagna World Tour developed by Conspiracy Entertainment. The game is already available for download and it is a PlayStation 2 exclusive.

It begins with the presentation of a treasure hunt organized by the PAWS TV channel. With a name like "The Lasagna World Tour", you can imagine that Garfield and his hungry stomach are instantly interested - especially because the prize is free lasagna for life! There's nothing more a lazy cat could wish for! But, of course, it is up to you to do all the hard work and make sure Garfield will live a carefree life.

Basically an arcade run and jump game, Garfield: Lasagna World Tour will take you through ten huge levels (at least, that's what the developers promise) which will allow you to explore Mexico, Italy and Egypt in order to find the clues needed to win the competition. Most of the time, you will explore the levels together with Odie and you will be able to give orders to him and even chase around on his back with hilarious results. And if that is not enough for you, here's the cherry on the top: you can dress Garfield up as a cowboy, soccer player, chef or fakir and obtain the most hilarious super powers you can think of! And, eventually, after you get used to the single player action, you will be able to jump to the muliplayer modes and enjoy the minigames together with your friends or, more likely, family.
