Shortly after announcing that the third installment in the Dungeon Hunter franchise will go freemium, Gameloft is trying to make peace with its fans and launches “Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation” for Android devices.

Unlike “Dungeon Hunter 3” which will be free to play, this one is available for a one-off price of $6.99 (£4.99) via Android Market.

Those who love playing shooter games will probably want to take a look at this immersive game that promises a solo campaign with 13 missions that will send players to fight in multiple regions around the globe from Los Angeles to Pakistan.

However, the most promising feature is the multiplayer support, which allows battles for up to 12 player in six exclusive maps and seven different modes.

“Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation” is now available for download via Android Market and is compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Android users should make sure they have enough storage space as this game requires 1.37 GB.
