Mobile game publisher Gameloft has just announced that users of handsets powered by Google's Android operating system are offered the possibility to enjoy a number of four new HD+ titles on their devices. The month of May started at Gameloft with the addition of these new games into the mix, including Fast Five The Movie: Official Game, Shadow Guardian, The Settlers and Starfront: Collision, all of which are available for purchase in the UK for £3 via the company's online store.

“It’s been a busy month at the Gameloft hive, and we’re storming into May with four brand new Android HD+ games for you to sink your teeth into – what better way to end the celebrations of one year of Android HD+ games from Gameloft than with epic full-blown gaming warfare?,” the company notes.

“You can find all of our Android HD games by visiting www.gameloft.co.uk on your handset or our web store – there you’ll be presented with a plethora of awesome titles to choose from.” More on these games can be found in the videos embedded below.

Fast Five The Movie: Official Game is nothing short of its name, being launched on both iOS and Android devices as the movie is arriving in theaters around the world right now.

In the game, users would play Brian O’Conner, a man looking to create a team of elite racers, and would get behind the wheel “to battle opponents in the ultimate high-stakes racing game that follows the movie storyline.”

Starfront: Collision for Android builds on the success the game registered on iOS. It brings a RTS gameplay with intuitive touch controls to more handsets, three playable factions, single player campaign with over 20 missions, and more.

In Shadow Guardian, users would play Jason Call, a former soldier who is trying to stop a group of dangerous mercenaries from acquiring a powerful and dangerous relic called the Prima Materia, through which they would enslave the world.

“The Settlers has arrived on Android HD,” the mobile game publisher notes in a recent blog post, referring to the latest of the four new titles for the platform.

“Choose your path to success and engage in trade, forge alliances, or lead your army into battle. Plunge into this adaptation of the critically acclaimed PC game, widely popular for offering a well-balanced mix of strategy and building management, now with optimized gameplay for Android HD handsets.”

As stated above, all these games can be seen in the company's online store now. However, their availability for certain Android HD devices would depend on handsets.
