After Sony's announcement of the PlayStation Now game streaming service, GameStop has manifested its interest in selling subscriptions for the new program inside its stores.

Sony revealed the PlayStation Now service earlier this week and the announcement generated a slight drop in the price of GameStop shares, especially since the streaming system allows gamers to rent older titles.

Now, GameStop has revealed that it's interested in selling an eventual PS Now subscription inside its stores, just like it's doing with the PlayStation Plus memberships right now.

"Similar to how we worked closely with our partner Sony to successfully sell the PlayStation Plus service, we are looking forward to working with them on including the new PlayStation Now service as part of our portfolio of gaming products we offer our customers," a GameStop representative told GameSpot.

As of yet, Sony hasn't decided how it's going to sell the PlayStation Now service to users.
