14 DAY TRIAL // The first Android-based tablet PC from South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung is expected to make an appearance on AT&T's airwaves, and the same applies to a wide range of other mobile phones out there, including Windows Phone 7 and BlackBerry devices, all of which were almost confirmed as being en route to the carrier via a series of recent leaks. The fact that Samsung Galaxy Tab is going to AT&T is not something meant to surprise us, since rumors on the matter have been floating around for quite some time now, but seeing proof of this is always a nice thing, one should agree.
The guys over at Engadget came up with a series of a branded snapshot from the carrier's internals, along with other AT&T leaks, meant to prove that the Galaxy Tab would hit the carrier soon, and that other three Android devices are also on their way to AT&T before December.
The Android 2.2 tablet can be seen in the photo to the left with AT&T's logo all over it, which leaves little room for doubt here.
However, there are only a few details available on the other three Android-based mobile phones that should arrive at the carrier soon, though it seems that they might all come from Dell.
Leaving the Android area aside, we should mention that the Samsung Cetus i917 with Windows Phone 7 has been confirmed too as being set to land at AT&T.
This mobile phone should be among the first to bring Windows Phone 7 to AT&T, while being accompanied by handsets like Samsung Focus and HTC Surround, it seems.
According to the news site, other devices are also on their way to AT&T, and three Windows Phone 7 handsets should become available for purchase at before the holiday season.
Beside Android and Windows Phone 7, AT&T has in store some goodies for its BlackBerry fans too, the leaked info shows.
It seems that the BlackBerry Torch 9800 should land in an all-white version sometime in mid-November, and that a red / black model and an olive colored edition are expected to accompany it.
All in all, it seems that the wireless carrier does have some nice handsets in store for its customers for the remaining of the year, so stay tuned for more on this.
