Samsung is almost confirmed to plan the launch of a new handset in the Galaxy S4 series, called Galaxy S4 Zoom, and the phone has just emerged at the FCC, featuring the model number Samsung SM-C101, along with AT&T-friendly connectivity inside.

While no official announcement on the Android device has been made as of now, its existence was somehow confirmed by Bluetooth SIG, and now by the FCC listing, which shows it with quad-band GSM and AT&T-compatible HSPA+ frequencies support.

The phone was also listed with WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC capabilities inside, though there was no mentioning of LTE connectivity, and Engadget suggests that this model is not intended for launch in the US.

However, a new flavor of the smartphone might emerge soon, meant for the US market, so stay tuned to learn the news.
