South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung has been long rumored to plan the release of a successor for the Galaxy S III smartphone for the next year, and some more details on the matter are available.

Following various rumors that the company will launch the handset as Galaxy S IV in the first half of the next year, part of the previously rumored Project J, Reuters claims that Samsung will also pack an unbreakable screen.

Rumor has it that this would be a 5-inch full HD display with a 441 pixels per inch (ppi) density, most probably hiding a powerful quad-core processor inside.

Furthermore, the device is rumored to sport a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, along with other game changing features and capabilities. Unfortunately, Samsung still hasn’t confirmed details on this device.
