They confirm Smart Scroll and Smart Pause features

Roughly a week from today, South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung will make its upcoming Galaxy S IV smartphone official, and some more info on it is now available, courtesy of what appear to be leaked screenshots from the device.

Available courtesy of SamMobile, these shots unveil that the new device will sport some UI elements already present on Galaxy S III, and that it will also come with Smart Scroll and Smart Pause features.

Based on these screenshots, the news site notes that the device will arrive on shelves with a full HD screen, just as previously rumored.

However, when unveiled on March 14, the smartphone is also expected to sport a new flavor of the Nature UX, with various enhancements and new features packed inside, so stay tuned to learn more info on the matter.

Update: Although the Smart Scroll feature will make it inside Galaxy S IV, the screenshots below are now said to come from a leaked Android 4.2.1 build for Galaxy S III.
