Samsung Galaxy S III, the latest flagship Android-based mobile phone from Samsung, is expected to arrive in the United States on the airwaves of all largest carriers in the country, including AT&T and T-Mobile.

Reportedly, the model numbers for the device at these operators would be SGH-I747 and SGH-T999, respectively, and confirmation on both models appears to have emerged.

Bluetooth SIG has already approved these phones (certification for SGH-I747 can be seen here, while that for SGH-T999 is available here), and Amazon is already listing accessories for the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S III on its website, UnwiredView reports.

As for T-Mobile’s version, it made it to the headlines quite a few times lately, and is also expected to arrive on shelves in Canada as SGH-T999V, most probably on its way to carriers such as Mobilicity or Wind.
