Galaxy S III came to the market last week with great capabilities packed inside, including the ability to shoot videos in full HD resolution, courtesy of an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back.

Apparently, this was not enough for some enthusiasts, who managed to come up with a tweak for the device, to boost better video recording quality.

Thus, custom ROM developer hyperX built a mod for the handset, offering support for 1080p Full HD video recording to 30 Mbit in superfine mode.

The mod also enables video recording at lower quality, with 192 kbit audio recording in tow, but we’re sure that users will actually try to get the most out of their devices if they install it.

According to the developer, 60 fps video recording is in the books as well, though it doesn’t seem to work just yet.
