South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung might be set to make the Galaxy S 4 smartphone available for purchase in its homeland market starting with April 25, new reports on the matter suggest.

Apparently, the company will hold a launch event on that day, and chances are that it will make the device available for purchase soon after.

Galaxy S 4 was made official in March with a 5-inch full HD screen, Android 4.2.2 and brand new features, and is expected to arrive on shelves in South Korea through all major carriers in the country.

Furthermore, the device will land on shelves there with an Exynos 5 Octa processor packed inside, and with support for local 4G LTE networks, as confirmed only several days ago.

For the time being, however, no official info on its release date has been provided.
