Starting today, mobile phone users in the United States can pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S 4 smartphone on the network of Verizon Wireless, while having to pay $199.99 (153 Euro) for it, after a $50 mail-in rebate, following the signing of a two-year contract agreement with the carrier.

The Android device is set to become available for purchase on May 30, both online on the wireless carrier’s website, and through its brick and mortar stores across the country.

The smartphone comes with support for Verizon’s 4G LTE network, while capable of delivering a great viewing experience while on the go, courtesy of its large 5-inch full HD touchscreen display.

“The Galaxy S 4 is Global Ready and can travel overseas with anyone, but the software may make it an essential item for the world traveler,” Verizon notes.

The smartphone is available for reservations on this page at Verizon.
