A new version of the Samsung Galaxy S 4 smartphone has officially been announced today, one that is completely dressed up in a Blue Arctic color.

The handset leaked online a few days ago and was said at the time to land on shelves at NTT DOCOMO in Japan. While it has been made official today, it is expected to become available for purchase during summer.

As SamMobile notes, the specs list of the new device flavor includes the same 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixel) AMOLED touchscreen display, along with a 1.9GHz quad-core processor inside, and 2GB of RAM.

Furthermore, the device sports a 13.2-megapixel photo snapper on the back, a 2MP front camera for making video calls, 32GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes.

Unfortunately, no specific info on the possible availability of the device in other markets around the world has been provided as of now.
